Journey to the North Pole

Unlike the typical “Mall Santa” scenario, where long lines of restless kids endure impatience only to be rushed through a brief encounter, our approach is quite different. Each child is given Santa’s undivided attention, within a warm, serene, and inviting setting. Santa delights in reading to the children, sharing tales of his reindeer companions, and authentically imbuing the spirit of Christmas magic into every young visitor.

In addition to Santa’s presence, we’re thrilled to share that this year, we have an exciting addition. Mrs. Claus herself will be making the journey from the North Pole to oversee her very own interactive ‘kitchen’ area, where she can engage with the children in delightful baking activities!

This experience promises to etch lasting memories for your little one and yields cherished images for generations to come.

All sales are final. By purchasing this product, you agree and accept all terms listed below.

• This payment is for the retainer / session fee portion ONLY.
• Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE & is SEPARATE from portrait package options (listed below).
• Portrait package rates shown below are due in full the day of your session. Your portrait package does NOT have to be selected now. You will receive a quote with the different package options listed below prior to your session. At that time you can choose which package you want and pay in full at that time. The retainer / session fee is NOT deducted from the portrait package price as stated above.

Booking Instructions

The “Book Now” button will redirect you to my calendar where all available dates/times for these sessions will be listed.  Once you have chosen your preferred date/time you will then be emailed an invoice – this invoice MUST BE PAID IN FULL at the time of receipt in order to reserve your spot on my calendar.  If you don’t receive it right away be sure to check your spam folder.  This invoice will be for the retainer / session fee ONLY.  Portrait package options will go out prior to your session, and are not due until the day of your session.

​Set Design

There will be TWO set designs available for use the day of your session.  Main backdrop designs in product gallery.  This years theme will be Journey to the North Pole and will feature the entrance to the North Pole and Mrs. Claus’ Kitchen.

Session Info

Sessions are slotted for 20 minutes per booking
Sessions include a complimentary cookie or candy cane for those children who are age appropriate, as well as a personalized letter from Santa!
All sessions will take place at my portrait studio located at 1625 Main Street Suite 1002 in Oakley, California

Portrait Package Options

Petite Package $330

Includes:
Use of ONE of the two available holiday sets : Santa’s Workshop OR Mrs. Claus’ Kitchen
3 edited high resolution digital images w/ print release
*Additional images may be available for purchase after session.

Splendor Package $400

Includes:
Use of BOTH of the two available holiday sets : Santa’s Workshop AND Mrs. Claus’ Kitchen
6 edited high resolution digital images w/ print release
*Additional images may be available for purchase after session.

COVID (or other illness) clause:

Should COVID or another unforeseen illness/circumstance arise and we are closed down OR should I (or Santa!) become ill and I am unable to work then this would be the only circumstance in which you will have the following options in regards to your normally non-refundable retainer:
1) To use your retainer towards the cost of another one of my 2023 holiday mini sessions should slots be available
2) To use your retainer towards the cost of a future standard OR mini session any time between the date of your original session and the end of the 2024 calendar year
